Wow. Thank you Women’s Day for that enlightening exercise routine. My question is this. When do they expect you to do these “walks”? Walking the dog? Walking around work? Mall walking? I don’t think any of these are appropriate times to walk like that. Thanks for making me laugh and reminding me not to buy Women’s Day. Ever.

So did you lose 5,000 lbs. after that walk?? Hahahahahhahaa! It reminds me of those (few)”hardcore” people you see working out at the gym doing all sorts of crazy shit! I laughed out loud then had to look around to see if everyone’s office doors were shut (I’m supposed to be working, damnit!)
